Details
Roflumilast is a phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE-4) inhibitor and is a novel drug for the treatment of COPD. It is used to treat symptoms of bronchitis-related cough and hypermuga in patients with severe COPD. Roflumilast is not planned for the treatment of patients with COPD who have primary emphysema.
