Trifluoperazine Dihydrochloride is a cell-permeable phenothiazine compound with antiadrenergic effects. Trifluoperazine is described as an antagonist of adrenergic receptors, demonstrating much higher activity at the α-1 over the α-2 adrenergic receptor.
